Discover Turner Grass Fed Beef

Quality Meets Simplicity

Welcome

Discover Turner Grass Fed Beef, nestled in Marin County just an hour north of San Francisco. Our small, family-owned ranch specializes in grass fed beef, exclusively raised on wholesome pasture grass. Our cattle are treated with utmost care, never receiving antibiotics, hormones, additives, grain, corn, or anything unnatural to ruminant animals. Through sustainable rotational grazing, we prioritize both cattle health and the preservation of native grasslands.

Simplicity and Quality Combined

At Turner Grass Fed Beef, simplicity defines us. You can order a whole steer, half steer or a "mixed" quarter (combining cuts from both the front and rear). All our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days for superior flavor and tenderness, then expertly cut and vacuum-packed into convenient meal-sized portions.

The Art of Dry Aging

Mastering Flavor

Unlike supermarket beef, which is typically wet-aged for a few days to retain water weight, our beef undergoes a meticulous dry-aging process in a temperature and humidity-controlled cooler. This natural method allows enzymes to tenderize the meat by breaking down tissues while concentrating its rich flavor through controlled moisture loss.
